A recently concluded study by IMRB concludes that 8 out of 10 Indians have a diet deficient in Protein. This calls for a need of experts taking everyone through a proper guide that will enable us to meet our daily protein requirement. The Recommended Dietary Allowance for protein is 0.8 to 1 gm of protein per kg of body weight but if you are into sports, fitness or active living then you need 1.2 to 2 gm of protein per kg of body weight.

Whether you are an athlete, fitness enthusiast, bodybuilder or those leading an active lifestyle, one who wants to maintain general well-being or looking to build muscle and strength. You may be one who wants to ensure post workout muscle recovery, fulfil daily protein intake while leading a hectic, stressful and busy lifestyle or someone who wants to enhance immunity the you need high quality protein on a daily basis. In addition, this expert session will be a perfect guidebook for you to make sure your protein intake is adequate.

Getting 1 to 2 gm of protein is not easy but it certainly is not impossible as well and one can achieve it by bringing positive changes to their diet.
