• 1 cup milk To keep this basic chia pudding dairy-free, use unsweetened almond milk.

• 2 teaspoons of honey Honey offers a light sweetness. You can use any sweetener, such as maple syrup, stevia, agave nectar, and sugar.

• You can add fruits of your preference

Method:

• Add chia seed and your favorite milk in a jar.

• After combining the milk and nuts, add honey or another desired sweetener to taste.

• To make sure the chia seeds are evenly distributed throughout the milk, give the mixture one more stir. Clusters should be eliminated. After a few minutes, around ten, give it one last stir.

• The pudding needs to be chilled for at least two hours or overnight while being covered.
