Now although the mission contained in the saying is positive and enriches one’s life, let’s take a look at the truth behind how long it takes to ingrain a habit in an individual.

However, the kernel of truth that remains is that it really only takes 3 weeks for old habits to transform into new ones if you really wish to do so, that is.

What It Really Takes to Build a New Habit?
