I have been using FastandUp's omega 3 supplement - Promega for two months now and I have seen a noticeable effect in my menstrual cramps. The cramps have reduced to a great extent. Being an alert sleeper has also helped me in having a better and sound sleep. Would definitely recommend using it if you suffer from menstrual cramps or disturbed sleep.
