6 Key Tips To Train For A 10K Marathon

Many of us at some point in life have had a thought to start running or participate in various marathons. 1) Start early

For instance, for a 10km run, your protein intake should be 1.2 gm per kg and 8 to 10 gm per kg of carbohydrates.

5) Check your running form
