    What is Omega 3 fatty acids and what are its dietary source?

    Omega 3 fatty acids are class of essential fatty acids found in fish oils and mainly consist of three important components ALA, EPA and DHA that act to reduce the levels of LDL (Low density lipoproteins) in the blood. (LDL cholesterol is considered “Bad” cholesterol)
