This tournament is first of its kind in India and is expected to take the Women’s Cricket to higher levels of success.

Round Robin League

This tournament will be played in round robin style wherein all the teams will play against each other once and the top two teams will proceed to play the finals. All matches will be played in Jaipur, on a pitch which is better suited for a T20 game.

This year they have been joined by Mithali Raj’s (Ex-Indian Women’s Cricket Captain) Velocity who will aim to win the trophy as well.

• Highest Run-Getter and Wicket taker

Mithali Raj is India’s highest IT20 run getter scoring 2364 at an average of 37.52 which is best among both male and female Indian cricketers. Poonam Yadav has got 74 scalps at an average of 14.77, highest among Indian Women cricketers.

• Highest partnership

320 runs partnership between leading Indian Cricketer and Fast&Up Athlete Punam Raut and Deepti Sharma against Ireland is highest for any wicket in ODI’s for women. Punam scored 109 runs while Deepti scored 188 runs.

• Punam gets selected in Boys U-14 team
