They have troubled all the batsmen and among the top 10 highest wicket takers in 2018, six names are of wrist spinners. ICC World Cup 2019 will be a tournament of Wrist spinners as they will be key to their sides in the middle overs to make batsman work hard for every run and to take bulk wickets in the middle. 1. Kuldeep Yadav

This Chinaman-spin bowler, Kuldeep Yadav has risen through the ranks of Indian Cricket and has got praise from all around the world. He was leading wicket-taker for India in 2018 as he took 45 wickets and deceived many batsman with his flight and googly. His form will be vital for team India to make opposition batsmen crumble under pressure and to not let them score in the middle overs.

2. Yuzvendra Chahal
Chahal has been the partner in crime of Kuldeep in middle overs for India. He trough his change of pace and variation has troubled the batsmen in middle overs. He has been very economical for India in 2018 and also taken wickets at crucial junctures for the team. The Wrist-Spin duo of India are considered to be the most threating pair of spinners in the World Cup 2019.

3. Rashid Khan
Mr. Khan has been the most successful bowler in 2018 taking 48 wickets at a strike rate of 22.2 and at an economy rate of 3.89. His fast action and variations are very hard for a batsman to pick which makes his a treat to the batsman who look to go big in the middle overs. He can also bat lower down the order and provide the required impetus to his side and post a daunting total. He will be key to Afghanistan’s success in the tournament.

4. Adil Rashid
Rashid has been the go-to bowler for England Captain Morgan. On flat pitches of England, where batsmen make merry of the conditions and score tons of runs, he has taken 42 wickets at a brilliant economy rate of 5.41. He bowls with great accuracy and will be key to England’s plan of becoming the Champions for the first time.

Imran Tahir is probably the most experienced spinner among all in the world cup. He has been phenomenal for South Africa in ODI and his energy and game-spirit make him a very dangerous bowler. He takes a lot of his wickets through his googly and batsmen will have to make special plans to counter him in order to score runs against SA.
