Prior to the world cup, he had displayed a decent show in the domestic List A tournaments where he scored 779 runs with an average of 70.81, which comprised of 3 centuries. His occasional leg-breaks makes him more worthy of for any team. Yashasvi has bagged a golden opportunity to shine for the Royals in a tournament which is regarded as one of the biggest T20 platforms.

2. Ravi Bishnoi

The U-19 sensation, Ravi Bishnoi is a right-arm leg spinner who will be seen donning the Kings XI Punjab jersey for the IPL 2020 season. KXIP bought the young spinner for whooping amount of 2 crore. Bishnoi had earlier impressed many during the U-19 World Cup. He was crowned as the leading wicket-taker, followed by a four-wicket haul during the finals against Bangladesh. As KXIP welcomes the budding star of India, it will be interesting to see what Bishnoi has to offer after his amazing performance during the World Cup. 3. Devdutt Padikkal

Devdutt was bagged by the Royal Challengers Bangalore for a base price of 20 lakhs, and ever since his addition, his name has received quite a buzz around the Bangalore fans and spectators. He is a left-hander and represents Karnataka in domestic stages and had surely made some remarkable performances which helped the team to win the Vijay Hazare tournament.

With an average of 59 in a total of 13 matches, which includes 2 centuries and 5 half centuries, Devdutt has surely proven his mettle. 4. Rishabh Pant

5. Pat Cummins

The Australia sensation has a record of one of the most expensive overseas player in the history of IPL, when the Kolkata knight Riders roped him for 15.5 crores. KKR bought him keeping in mind the fast and bouncy pitch at the Eden Gardens, it will be interesting to see how Cummins delivers the same level on the UAE pitch. He will be observed on every ball he bowls, courtesy the whopping price tag his comes along with.
