My Sport - Triathlon

hat I love about my Sport -

Hard work, commitment, challenge and the demanding nature of this sport that seeks to keep pushing the limit. It offers a lot of learning opportunities.

hat got me started -

When I heard about an Ironman in 2014, considered it to be an inhuman challenge/task. Since then, it became a goal to for me to complete an Ironman. After the completion of first ironman, I found it to be addictive, really. It made me realize that limit is limitless and one should always strive to improve.

Hard work, commitment, challenge and the demanding nature of this sport that seeks to keep pushing the limit. It offers a lot of learning opportunities.

Always strive for progress. Keep pushing your limits to keep on defining your new self. I believe in the words of Jan Frodeno- 'Every day I want to go to bed better than when I woke up' For beginners- Like the way one brush teeth daily to keep it healthy, same way one must do workout daily to keep body healthy and fit. Remember teeth is just part of the body, we have a whole one to take care of.

Win in 100 mtr sprint in school competition, 2000..

What my normal training day looks like -

Normal training day consist of 1.5-2 hrs of training. Usually I try to finish my workout in morning or if there are 2 sports with more volume then I divide between morning and eve training. Weekend comprise of big training block of 6-8 hrs.

Race in Ironman world championship, Kona through qualification
