Sunil has an impressive record that includes being a Finisher in 100k, 24 hours and 36 hours races. Podium finisher in his age category in multiple races.
Along with that, Sunil in partnership with Sangeeta holds record for first Indian couple to run 100k, 24 hours and 36 hour races. Truly a couple who is in it for the long run! (pun intended)

Sunil loves long distance running because it allows him to be on his own and not be dependent on other for anything (a lone wolf you may call him) .

A need for a fitter and healthier lifestyle prompted him to make a change. A decision he hasn&t regretted ever since!

Sunil, a doer himself believes in a simple mantra - Just lace your shoes and go out the door.

For Sunil, the biggest sports challenge is the fact that athlete do not have enough facilities where they can train. We hope this changes for the positive now that Indian Athletes are getting the kind of adulation they have always deserved :)

Sunil's favorite sport memory is finishing the 36 hour race with his wife, Sangeeta hand in hand - these are relationship goals!
