Importance of sports nutrition in his life

As dietetics and Nutrition student I'm believing that if someone wants to improve their athletic performance they will be required proper nutrition with training. With proper nutrition our body can recover fast from previous training and get ready for next one. At the most basic level, nutrition is important for athletes because it provides a source of energy required to perform the activity.
