What I love about my Sport -

Tennis constantly gives me the opportunities to focus, overcome challenges and stay mentally and physically fit. Best part about the sport is that I get to travel and meet people from all over the world.

What got me started -

My father introduced me to the sport as he was my first coach. There was no looking back ever since

Overcoming a bucket load of injuries mentally and physically.

Set a goal and keep working towards it. Even if it’s a baby step, make sure it’s in the right direction.

What my normal training day looks like -

I start my day around 6.30 am. I head to the gym or the courts and train for 2/3 hours for myself. After a little rest and lunch I head back to my academy to train my trainees for couple of hours. I end the day with a game of football or swimming

Sports nutrition plays a very important role in my life as the food we eat impacts on our strength, training, performance and recovery.
