Tennis constantly gives me the opportunities to focus, overcome challenges and stay mentally and physically fit. Best part about the sport is that I get to travel and meet people from all over the world.

My father introduced me to the sport as he was my first coach. There was no looking back ever since

Overcoming a bucket load of injuries mentally and physically.

The match point I played to win my first international title in Djibouti

What my normal training day looks like -
I start my day around 6.30 am. I head to the gym or the courts and train for 2/3 hours for myself. After a little rest and lunch I head back to my academy to train my trainees for couple of hours. I end the day with a game of football or swimming

Importance of sports nutrition in my life -
Sports nutrition plays a very important role in my life as the food we eat impacts on our strength, training, performance and recovery. To be able to perform and sustain the activity at the highest level on a day to day basis it’s very important to have a good nutrition and find the right balance.
