WHAT I LOVE ABOUT MY SPORT- The sheer sound of the ball and, the speed & reflexes involve in the sport.

WHAT GOT ME STARTED? (HOW THE JOURNEY BEGAN). Started playing TT at the age of 5. My mom just put me into a sport (TT academy started close to my house in 1998) to stay fit & not to waste time at home playing Video games. I was also quite energetic & naughty in my childhood days.

MY FITNESS MANTRA- Champions are not born, they are made.

BIGGEST SPORT CHALLENGE- Keep pushing yourself everyday with the same amount of passion & determination even when you feel low at times.

FAVOURITE SPORT MEMORY- Asian Games 2018 bronze medal.
Fell to the ground when I won the winning point for my team against Japan in the quarterfinals as it was truly a historic moment winning an Asian Games medal after 60 years.

WHAT I’D LIKE TO SHARE WITH MY FITNESS ENTHUSIASTS- There is no shortcut to success. Be patient, focus on the process and results will follow.

WHAT MY NORMAL TRAINING DAY LOOKS LIKE- One hour of fitness in the morning, followed by 3 hours of practice in morning and 3 hours of practice in evening.

MY EVERYDAY FITNESS DIET- I always have Banana, badam, nuts & dry fruits. I do follow the diet program given by dietician.

MY FITNESS INSPIRATION- Roger Federer & Usain Bolt

MY BIGGEST MOTIVATOR- My father

WHAT PUSHES ME TO THE FINISH LINE? Hunger for success & immense passion for the sport.

ONE GOAL THAT I’D LIKE TO ACHIEVE- Olympic medal

IMPORTANCE OF SPORTS NUTRITION IN MY LIFE- It’s quite important to eat the right food to achieve your optimum performance and stay longer in the sport without injury
