  4. What I love about my Sport - Badminton is a sport that uses speed and strength, and it keeps me active. A day without playing badminton, seems incomplete to me. The best thing I love about my sport, is the connection I share with it. Everything seems perfect when I play badminton.
  5. What got me started -Passion for sports, not just badminton. The love for sport and dream to play for our country actually got me started. Moreover, sports connects people through emotions, irrespective of the religion, caste, country, team and sport.
  6. My fitness mantra - You will never know your limits, unless you push yourself to them. Don't limit your limits.
  7. Biggest sport challenge - To deal with my movement restrictions while playing and come out stronger mentally.
  8. Favorite sport memory -
    •  Winning gold medal for India at Irish para badminton international 2017.
    • Defeating the current world number one, Manoj Sarkar at All India nationals 2017 quarter finals.
  9. What i'd like to share with fellow fitness enthusiasts -

    • First step is always difficult to make, dare to take it.

  11. What my normal training day looks like - Early morning Fitness followed by court session. Rest during the day. Evening court session. Sessions include proper warm up and cool down.
  12. Favorite place to train - Lucknow, Guru GovindsinghSports College. Self-arrangedcentre by para badminton team with the help of our coach.
  13. My everyday fitness diet *
    • Lot of water throughout the day.
    • Milk, twice a day- at breakfast and after dinner.
    • Fruit juice after sessions.
    • Fast & up supplements- before , during and after workout.
    • No junk food, no extra beverages.
  14. My fitness inspiration - Pramodbhagat - Indian para badminton athlete, Gold medal at Asian para games 2018.
  15. My biggest motivator - Sachin Tendulkar. Had one dream and lived all his life to achieve it, with full dedication and loyalty.
  16. What pushes me to the finish line - I remember the reason why I started at the first place. Not to give up at the end, but to finish things better.
  17. One goal that i'd like to achieve - Gold medal at Asian para games 2022. Listening to National Anthem with gold medal around my neck and Indian flag going high, would be my self-satisfaction.
  18. Importance of sports nutrition in my life - Nutrition's provide energy to perform my best. Eat healthy and keeps myself fit to train and perform.
