    Aarish says, "During these 8 years of practicing freestyle football I have been fortunate to work shoulder to shoulder with the biggest stars from Indian Sports and Bollywood like John Abraham, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Sunil Chettri, Baichung Bhutia, Rohit Sharma and Harbhajan Singh to name a few."
  2. His sport & what he loves about it
    His Passion Aarish is passionate about Freestyle Football. He loves that one doesn't really need anyone else to practice it. Just a football and you are good to go. He says, "It's actually the tagline of our sport - #AllyouNeedisaBall."
  3. What got him started
    How the journey began Aarish says, "Injuries while playing football got me into freestyle football. During one of the matches in the MDFA, I tore my ACL and both my menisci after a bad tackle from the opposition. Then started a string of injuries after this one. Playing football was getting tougher by the day. But I somehow wanted to be connected to football and found the answer in freestyle football."

    Aarish says one should Train like an animal. Eat like a king. Sleep like a baby.
  5. Biggest sport challenge
    Aarish's says, "Getting the World Record has been one of the biggest challenges for me as I had recently undergone a surgery of my knee. But consistent training and religious physiotherapy helped me get it."
  6. Favorite sport memory
    Aarish recounts his best memory was when he got into the top 16 athletes of India for the first time and competing in Goa. He counts performing in front of 50,000 people in the inaugural Indian Super League matches as a special memory too.
  7. What he'd like to share with fellow fitness enthusiasts
    Aarish says, "Enjoy your training and listen to your body. If it says that you need to stop, then stop. And eat good food. After all, you are what you eat."
  8. Favorite Fast&Up fuel

  9. What his normal training day looks like
    Aarish's schedule is given below:
    • 7 am -Wake up
    • 7.15 - Light Breakfast
    • 7.30 - Pre Workout (if I want to go all out in the session)
    • 8 - Train for 2.5 to 3 hours
    • 11 - Recover + Main breakfast
    • 1.30 pm - Lunch
    • 3 - Power nap (15 minutes
    • 5 to 6 - Second training (light not intense)
    • 6.30 - Small meal (Fruits)
    • 9 - Dinner
    • 11 pm - Sleep
    *Aarish ads that, "I do not train on days when my body doesn't feel like it."

  11. Everyday fitness diet
    Aarish says, 'Eggs and chicken are a must to get in the proteins. Fast&Up Reload is always with me during trainings.'

    Aarish takes inspiration from his doctor. Dr. John Rodrigues is 60 years old and never leaves a chance to run any marathon
  13. His biggest motivation
    Himself. Aarish says, "I strive to be better than I was yesterday."
  14. What pushes him to the finish line
    I always remind myself why I started off. And realising that I've learnt so much from nothing helps me get through it, is what pushes Aarish to the finish line.
  15. One goal he'd like to achieve
    In Aarish's words, "I want to make freestyle football as popular as cricket and football. I want to take it to the masses. Another goal is to work with Sachin Tendulkar Sir. I don't want to just meet him. I want to work with him."
  16. Importance of sports nutrition in his life 
    Aarish says, "I think this is the most underrated thing in our country. We can have world class athletes only when we have world class nutrition and healthcare for them. I am grateful that brands like Fast&Up are filling this gap."
