1. Career Highlights - Medals of Glory
Monica started her fitness journey 4 years ago and it changed her life tremendously. She says, I love lifting and my healthy lifestyle. Fitness has become my lifestyle and career. I want to make myself a strong athlete and hopefully make the country proud in the future. It is great being a part of the growing fitness industry as well. I want to spread the knowledge about fitness and nutrition I've gathered since 4 years of my fitness journey! Monica participated in the Ms. Physique Championship 2018 and was awarded the 6th rank at Bodypower India (Fit line Competition) held in Mumbai.

Monica loves athletics & lifting. She says that the investment you put in yourself is what she loves most about it.

Monica was overweight and to overcome her weight struggles, she started a fitter lifestyle which she loves now!

Doing 50 pushups at one go was one of the biggest challenge Monica would face which she has since overcome like a fitness diva that she is!
