Neville J Bilimoria wears many successful caps. A National Silver medal winning rower, a passionate Marathon runner, an ardent Ultra cyclist and committed philanthropist. He is the Brand Ambassador for Round Table India towards promoting the education of underprivileged children. He is very passionate about running marathons and doing ultra cycling events.
3. What got him started - How the journey began
After Rowing for many years, he took up running short distances in 2010 and now more into running full marathons and Brevet ultra cycling events.

He believes Hard work and dedication which will pay result for sure

Neville feels that being injury-free and to train hard to achieve goals is one of a challenge
6. Favorite sport memory
Neville recounts his best memory was Running the San Francisco Marathon from start to finish with my running buddy Navin Sadrangani which was an enjoyable marathon.
7. What he'd like to share with fellow fitness enthusiasts
Neville says, 'Its important to follow a good diet plan, disciplined training and sleep very important factors towards staying healthy and fit.

9. What his normal training day looks like
5 to 6 days a week is his training schedule which is a combination of running and cycling. His day starts at 5.00 am with good run of minimum distance of 10plus km or cross-training on his bike for at least 60 Km plus. On Sundays it is always long training run or cross-training on his bike for 100 Km plus with his cycling and running buddies. Some days he also work on strength training and does Yoga which helps me to stay strong.
