Prashant was a member of U-19 World Cup winning team in 2012 is also a member of U-23 Indian team for emerging trophy in 2013. He is a member of India A-team and the first player to score 300 in first class for Himachal Pradesh. He is also a player for the Rajasthan Royals for IPL 2018! *whew*

2. His sport & what he loves about it - His Passion Cricket (Obviously!)
He says that the sport challenges him everyday. He says, 'It gives an important lesson of life that every day is a new day no matter what you happened yesterday, it has gone and you need to start fresh. It teaches you to learn from your mistakes.'

3. What got him started - How the journey began
It runs in the family! Prashant says, 'My Dad was A cricket coach in the SAI at Solan (Himachal Pradesh) I used to go with him to ground where he gave training to different kids and that is how it began for me. I loved playing cricket and since then the love has just grown.'

Train like a horse. Work hard & smart.

Prashant's favourite memory is winning the U-19 World Cup in 2012.

A normal training day for Prashant includes a hour of high intensity training on the ground followed with core sessions in the gym. He also ensures to do strength sessions every alternate day.
